Congratulations to the RMU Eagles for their 3-0 win over the Michigan Wolverines this morning. This is RMU's first CCWHA championship in only their 2nd year in the league. Additionally, #39 from RMU, Stacey Pomering, was named as the tournament MVP. More information to come as it becomes available. Congratulations to all!!

Four teams have emerged to the semi-finals on Saturday night: MSU, Michigan, RMU and OSU. First up, was Robert Morris vs. Ohio State with Robert Morris winning 4-1. Just fifteen minutes later, MSU and UM lined up to play their 3rd game in just two weeks, splitting the previous 2. Michigan would go on to beat MSU 2-1 and advance to the championship! Congratualations!

In the final weekend of CCWHA play, Michigan State took on Grand Valley for the opportunity to jump Robert Morris and clinch 1st place. With two wins, 3-1 on Saturday and 2-1 on Sunday, MSU did just that and rose to the top of the standings just in time for next weekend's CCWHA championship series.
