Ohio State University captures the title this season with a win over Western Michigan.
10/20/06 - Michigan State "White" Team Withdraws from the CCWHA
The Michigan State "White" team withdraws from the CCWHA for the 2006-2007 season with hopes of rejoining next season. The team was unable to secure a goalie for the season and felt it was necessary to withdraw. Team representatives remain in constant contact with the CCWHA comissioner Mike Fornes, and hope to join the league again next season.
10/1/06 - UM Wins Season Opener
The University of Michigan Wolverines beat the Northern Michigan University Wildcats 6-3 in the CCWHA season opener on 9/29/06. UM tied NMU 5-5 on 9/30/06.
9/29/06 - CCWHA Season Opens in Marquette, MI
The CCWHA season begins today when the University of Michigan travels to Marquette, MI to play Northern Michigan University.
9/16/06 - 2006-2007 CCWHA Season Schedule Released
The CCWHA 2006-2007 Season Schedule has been released. Each team will play two home and two away games with each of the teams in the league.
